JGP Architecture (S) Pte. Ltd.
Inspired by the silhouette of Chinese mountains, House 117 embraces curves that define its architectural form. The staggered arrangement in both height and position creates a dynamic composition, offering viewers a varied visual experience from multiple perspectives.
Overlapping balconies introduce a terracing effect, not only enhancing the architectural rhythm but also providing layered outdoor spaces that overlook the surroundings.
The application of textured paints and the incorporation of groove lines on the external walls accentuate the undulating façade, adding depth and character. These design elements enhance the building's visual identity, allowing it to stand out elegantly within its surroundings.
The interior spaces reflect the owner's preference for light tones, with materials carefully chosen to resemble the warmth and texture of sandstone. At the heart of the home, a traditional dining area serves as a central gathering space, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to twelve guests comfortably.
